boring a throttlebody

i have a b20b throttle body and was wondering if it can be bored to 64mm to go with my skunk2 intake manifold

boring it is the easy part, making a new throttle plate to fit properly is the hard part. call around to some engine/machine shops... it is probably going to run you around $150-$200.
