bogging problem

I have a 92 hb si with B18B motor and S1 tranny.
the problem i'm having and it started last week is the moment i step on the gas it takes a few seconds before the car goes in fact it even wants to shut off unless i floor it. it only happens when the car is warm (normal running temp) and doesn't happen when the motor is cold
Has anyone had this problem before and tell me where to look for the problem.
i already tried a tune up and it didn't help

any help will be great

motor doesn't like ECU... go with a chipped ECU from hyperduck tuning.

You can try a pr4 ecu. Sounds like a timing problem to me tho.
