blowing fuses
I have got a problem my fuse that controls my blikners reverse light tach and engine lights keeps blowing it is a 10 amp fuse could it be my relay is going or a loose connection somewhere... I did what everyone knows your not supposed to do and put a large fuse in a 30 amp and it lasted for about 15 minutes and i used my blinker 4 times but then it blew. If anyone can help

you have a short somewhere, bust out the multimeter and go nuts.

I would check for a break or corrosion of a wire leading to your tail lights, or corner lights. When found soder the connection and wrap it with shrink tube. |
Thanks i thought i found it in a bad splice some idiot did before i bought it but i guess not i have the fuse lasting for about 30 minutes now then blowing i think it is when i hit a bump ill find it just wondering if anyone has had the same problem

Yes I had the same problem I was driving and my cluster lights would go out and same as my rear lights. After searching for the short I found that the last owner spliced into the corner light for his side markers. His creative wiring and duct tape did not do the job and kept on shorting out.
