Black Liquid Spitting From Exhaust

when my car is stopped or left idling, there is a loud rattling coming from my exhaust, i checked and whenever it starts to rattle it spits out this black liquid (i'm assuming it's my oil b/c I have to keep adding some oil once every 2weeks or so, so it's obviously burning oil) what could be causing this and what do you think i would have to replace to get it fixed?

It's your piston rings

I had this happen to a friend, we took appart the motor in the car put in new hastings rings and now there's no more oil out the exhaust  :)

just the compression of each cylinder.. your ringlands might be gone if theres not much oil going through your system..
