Big Brake Kit?

I was looking to upgrade the brakes cuz they suck. I was looking at getting big brake kit from fast brakes, and was wondering if the big brake kit that runs on the teg calipers has sufficient braking power for 250+hp, also does just a si rear disk conversion screw up the brake balance or do i have to upgrade those to bigger set to keep brake balance nice.

I just wanted to know from you guys since you've tried it all already.

Thanks.

I think the best brake setup with the best servicability is the Integra or Civic SiR 10.2 inch setup with the rear disks, and at least a 15/16 master cylinder and the appropriate Integra prop valve. It's real cheap to do, and it's a great improvement, there are many parts and upgrades available, many different rotors and brake pad materials.

Or you can do the ITR calipers with the Prelude 11 inch rotors, that's pretty tight too...

I have a 4 piston Wilwood 12.2 inch setup, rear disks, 1 inch master cylinder, stainless lines, USDM Si prop valve... but you prolly wouldn't go that far.

Interesting, thanks man. Most likely will be swapping for teg brakes.

I'll be saving up for the Fastbrakes kit. Though I'm wary of Wilwood for the sole reason that I've heard you dont get many brake pad choices. Or is that just a myth?
