Best wiring route advice please for 02 and Tach, pics included here

3 questions:

1) What is the output of the tach wire on a civic. I'm guessing it is a low voltage, possibly oscillating device.

2) I'm looking for advice on where I can best connect to my 02 sensor

and

3) I'm looking for advice on where I can best connect to my car's tach wires. I've read the other posts here describing the location, but I've tested the recommended wires and I still come up empty!

For the Tach: I test the blue wires with my voltmeter set at 20 V DVC (no load) and I get 12 .4 volts that only slightly changes with rpm, so this is obviosly a 12 volt feed, not a tach wire that I've found. For my particular application, my device expects to get only a tach signal, probably something lower voltage, maybe even something that oscillates or at least changes with rpm.

For the 02 sensor: I've been told that the white wire directly off of my 4 connector 95 integra exhaust will be required. That is an awkward place for me to connect, so has anyone found another place, perhaps at the shock tower connections near the battery. (I get confused since I see 2 white wires at this connection near the passenger side/batter tower, anyone know which one?)

I want to avoid connecting to the ecu location since its such a really tight place for me to work in, and the wires are too tight together.

So, could anyone point out the best location for these connections. I've attach pics I took to help explain.
