best and cheap don't go in the same sentence... Like say... JIC is the BEST, Ractive is CHEAP... right. I assume you are looking for a middle ground, so Greddy or Apexi WS. The WS is not all stainless though, but a great exhaust nonetheless.

I agree with bbarbulo, but I'll add DC Sports to the list too. I've been very very pleased with mine... it's not cheap but it's in the same price range as the GReddy and Apex'i WS.

Excellent point ryanhook, DC does make that MTL replica that's quiet and flows well... and it's stainless. At like half the price of the actual mugen unit, you just can't complain.

i'd avoid anything that isnt fully stainless steal. the ceramic coated stuff is CRAP. my Greddy is ceramic coated and it's starting to show some rust near the resonator.

we just have way too much salt on the roads up here :(

The APEXi WS is a good system and one of the cheaper brand name systems.
