Best ECU for b16a2

Is the stock ECU (P2T) the best or is is possible to get better/more power out of a b16a2 using the gsr or intrega type r ecu? Any reasoning behind the change is the change is beneficial?

use the b16 ecu. You won't gain anything from using the GSR or ITR ecu, especially in stock form.

no benefit in using the gsr/itr ecu?

is it the obd 2b engine? because if you run a obd 1 ecu you can get more power ouf of it but you need a obd 2b to obd 1 harness and you get get those off ebay for like 100ish bucks i havent done it b 4...but it's what i heard and im eventually going to do with mine

well with the gsr ecu you will get throw a code for the IAB's which your engine doesn't have. And the ITR ecu will be of no benefit, unless maybe you had headwork done raised the compression and are running ITR cams, in which case a custom chip would still be your best bet, but you need to get a conversion harness to run an obd1 ecu like mentioned above.
