ball joints, tie rods......

ive searched the hell out of this and havent been able to find a really good DIY. first off does anyone know how to put the inner band on the dust boot for the driver side inner tie rod. ive got to change my boot later on this week, and that thing look waaay in there. i cant see any way to get enough room to work. plus i was checking my wheels for play today, and my passenger from tire (which happens to be squeeking) had up and down play. is this the upper or lower ball joint . i think that it is the lower, but ive seen otherwise. if anyone has a DIY for that too...im kind of scared to tackel that one because i only have access to a shop for a limited time and have to get it done. im thinking about ordering this kit just to freshen up the front end and stop all my problems in one shot: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ball-...42832809QQrdZ1 tell me what you think.

I recommend buying a haynes manual from CTC...

Hanyes manual is great. I am currently using it right now to rebuilt by EF.
