bad idle possible missfire

ok heres the story, kinda long sorry

car is a 91 civic 4 door dx manual tranny
did a mpfi swap yesterday, car started after the 4th try becasuse two distributor wires were mixed up. then we got a surging idle. checked for vacuum leaks, tightend the manifold down more and we had no leaks. bled the coolant more and the surge went away. now the problem is a possible miss fire. got the car timed today and it was only off 1 degree. intake sounds really loud compared to my car wich is the same thing. and theres not much power compared to my car. changed sparkplugs, wires, distributor is new , only have one code which is the o2 sensor that the car didnt have before the swap. no CEL. tried another known working ecu and its still missfiring.

missing clips for 2 injector plugs but i cant see that being a problem. did the screw driver check for the injectors and all 4 click, but #3 is possibly weaker but its hard to tell. getting spark for sure and fuel at least to the fuel rail cuz it was leaking the first time it primed. the vacuum hose for the pcv valve is collapsing at the manifold. would that cause a missfire? i cant see why. hope i ddint miss anything please help me out and give some opinions.

thanks
