what is a spoon compression flange? Are you talking about a Spoon headgasket?
A difference of 15psi isn't tooo bad, not good but not bad, but when did you take these compression numbers?
it's possible that your numbers are off because the piston rings haven't seated well enough so your numbers are a little off?
A good exhaust manifold for the B16A, I'd probably look at Spoon, Toda, possibly the Mugen gymkhana, T1R 4-2-1 Other
Great for mid-rangepower and preserves enough torque so you don't have to be revving the **** of your motor during daily drives just to get the optimal power But that's just my opinion

they were probably already warped and leaking a little compression. which would explain the slight difference fro the compression readings. they are only going to get worse. rings don't exactly fix themselves over time.
