b20 z oil pressure issues again

Now everyone knows my b20 ztec is having some oil prssure issues..I boot my car today, everything is fine...when i do it once in a while...Like rip only 1 or 2 gears..Now when i rip all of em, the check engine light comes on...Its code 22 not enough oil pressure..

now i have a autometer c2 gauge, installed by a reputable shop, before at idle i was at 25 pounds of pressure..then when i drive 60-80 sometimes 85 pounds of pressure in vtec...Now, when i idle its at 20 and 80 when im teckin....is that normal....

second question ,why does my check engine light come on..and yes i have enough oil in the motor...im at the second dot..should i add more

have you checked the vtec wiring yet?

Sounds to me like your oil pressure is ok.

so my pump is alright. I guess it should be the wiring....i will check it out....Thanks..But, i was told by another guy who builds b20's is dont put any aem pullys or lightened pullys on the motor..It has not been balanced and will cause oil issues....Is that correct
