B18B questions

i just would like to get some one to help me out with some stuff.
Im gonna put a B18B in my EK and i want to know what all i need.
i know i need the:
powerplant - B18B
Tranny - Ls (S80?)
ECU - P75
99-00 SIR mount (part#?)
other than this what else should i need?
what about exhaust? i still have an OEM exhaust and ill keep it till sometime after the install, is there any problems with that?
Obviousily i would want an OBD II engine and ECU, but can I go OBD I?
Anyone have a link to a DIY install or a parts list for Ek swap?
My plan after is to go with a homemade turbo kit. can anyone give me any advice for what i should do or stay away from for post swap?
I hate flogging a dead horse with "B18B help" but i spent some time searching about b18 and i didnt come across these issues.

Thanks

yes axles aswell....get a obd 2 engine...you can go obd 1 but your putting a way older motor in and causing more wiring for yourself. you can go ls tranny or you can go gsr for abit better gearing...it's a better compromis between quick accel and good cruise rpm adn you can grab lsd gsr's which will be good when you go turbo. IF you get a obd 1 you need a converstion harness, but if you go obd 2 then it's pretty much direct drop in for yourself other than sir rear mount

Thanks dingus8
Does the LSD come with the Tranny? Do you have to swap the diff. from a D to a B series, i would think so seems as your going from a D to B series Tranny. I would guess that the tranny and diff come as one assembly?
whats the GSR tranny code that has the LSD?
sorry for asking what might seem like stupid but I work on aircraft not cars no tranny, diff, or pistons for that matter (the ones i work on) plus i pretty much work on electronics/electrical only.

Go B20B. CRV bottom with Type R head.

www.importbuilders.com can even build the head or bottom end for you. I'm not just mentioning these guys for a shameless plug. They actually put out wicked N/A and F.A. numbers every time one of their cars or customers cars enters a dyno comp.

I wouldnt mind the B20 but i want to be able to just buy the swap and throw it in, i dont want to be bothered with getting a new mainif. and what not for the B20, plus i want to boost in the future and the general census is that the b18b will take it better. In the long run it will be less expensive to get my goal with the b18b rather than the b20, im assuming.
Im pretty much dead set that im going B18B, and in the future turbo. Now i just want to find out what pit falls to watch out for and things i need to get there.

Found a good link on here if anyone else is looking for a DIY.
I dont think there would there be any diff. with the B18C and the B18B (or or any B series) swap other than the wiring?

meh b18b has no vtec things so it's easier to wire in. And yes the lsd tranny comes stock with it no need to change the dif....not to sure what the code is and I'm to lazy to find out but if it is lsd it shoudl say on it that it is. b18b with gsr tranny is a good little setup
