B18 questioin

Do I have to worry about the down pipe not mating up with the cat if I swap a B18a1 out of a Da integra in a EF hatch.

depends on what mounts you're using, but you shouldn't have any issue bolting the header upto the cat.

SportCompactCar put a B18A in an EF and they were quite suprised that the manifold/downpipe hooked right up to the stock exhuast. So you should be all good.

Heres what I want to know though, how different is the distributor wiring for the twincam zc compared to the b18a1?

Depending on what year/distributor you are running on the ZC, you may have to change out the connector at the distributor, but the wiring doesn't change.

So the rest of the wiring and plugs on the engine are the same, ie: iac, tps. etc?

you might hafta extend a couple wires for IAT, and maybe for ECT, but all the connectors will plug in - with the possible exception of the Distributor.
