I have a B16a2 in my 1990 CRX....just wondering what transmission is most likely with it....and if I were to part out the car for a sale, what range could I ask for for the Engine/Trans/ECU/everything....
Like 1800-2500??? Is that high or what?

i'd say $1500....You most likely have a Y1, S1 or J1 tranny but possibly the YS1.

hey, is there a site/link that lists all the tranny codes and what kind of tranny they are?

like what is the tranny code of a 1gen b16? and are the tranny codes different if its jdm tranny and usdm tranny... and/or it has lsd and non-lsd, the codes are different?

plus it would be great if there's some specs of the tranny too... like ratios... final gear... thanks

i dont know any of the gear specs...nor do i even know where to look for the tranny number, but thanks for the info so far guys, at least i know i can somewhat sell it parted out somewhere near 1500-1700
