wut engine is in the EK now? depending on a few things u will need to change the IACV prolly, dizzy will need to be re-pinned, obd2b to obd1 conversion harness (with obd1 ecu). theres a bunch of other stuff aswell.

Yeah into my hatch.. I currently have the 1.6 no vtec... Will I need different axles ? Mounts I know I need.. Is the harness that your talking about from another car I can grab it from or does it have to be after market.. If so where do I get it

the axles should work fine, you will need to run a wire from the ECU to the vtec solenoid, the conversion harness is an aftermarket piece that will direct the wires from the obd2b plugs to the correct locations on the obd1 ecu.

Man I had a post on this before can't remember what it is called. I have a JDM b16 in my 99 Sedan. If you ask me, save yourself the trouble and just get a b16a2. On top of having to change axles, ECU, mount brackets, shift linkage, etc You will also need and OBD2B to OBD1 converter (not cheap atleast $100) and then you will need to get a new cat relocated to underneath the car. My AC needed a new mount to work correctly. might need to buy an intake since most don't come with an air box. There could be more but this is what I know off hand
