B16 Swap problems HELP!!

I just recently purchased a B16a1 for my 91 Civic SE. I spent the weekend pulling the engine this weekend. The problem I am running into is the wiring. I have all the shift linkage, swap motor mounts, axels. I purchased the motor from http://www.japanpowerinc.com and they told me that I just simply drop in the motor and use my stock wiring from the civic. Well I found that I now need a integra cable clutch out of a 91 but I cant see why a 90-93 wont work, everywhere I read on the internet says a 91. Now my biggest problem is the wiring, I noticed that my 91 civic se (think its same as DX) has the Dual port fuel injection and the B16 has the Multiport fuel injection. Not sure if this is still do able? I am not sure if the guys from Japan power just assume I had a Si model that originally came with the Multiport fuel injection. Please help

you need to re-wire your car for multi-port injection and add vtec soleniod wiring. I would suggest using the search function as im sure this topic has been covered a few times over the years....

I was also thinking, Since the B16 already came with the wiring on the engine is it possible to extend the wire so that it would reach the ecu on the passenger side?

Yo check it son, I can help you with this but its extensive work. It aint a drop in and there's more work then you think but it is acheivable. If your not good with wiring then you should get some help. I am willing to go the distance with you if you need it so let me know!!

As far as the cables , 1990-1993 integra will work. to hell with what other sites say, take it from me, a man that's done ooo about a billion of these. You should get yourself a 1990-1993 accelerator cable too to save the aggravation of modifiying a ugly piece of metal to fit your existing civic cable.

As for the wiring on the bought b16 engine....keep it you need it to complete the swap especially when working on 2 injector civic systems.

im assuming you bought aftermarket mounts to install your engine. shifter linkages need to be modified as well to fit. drive axles are the only thing that will fit perfect.

just some insight on what you need to do.
