B16 B in an ek coupe

what is the gas mileage for this civic type r engine stock ?coz i used to run around 450 on my d series but it dropped like 100 k for my b16B. give me thoughts of this. and give me more details about a good set up for this engine

I believed you asked about gas mileage? That's what I got from it.

D-series are economy engines (good for gas). B-series are still decent on gas but not as great on gas as D's. Also.. if you just swapped it your probably speeding more that also contributes to your gas mileage problem.

its hard to tell how much you will get out of it.
its a high revving motor
so if you shift at 8000 rpm's all day long dont expect more then 300km

Shifting done under 3000 can yield a ted more gas mileage.

whats the purpose of shifting at 9000rpm all day?
3000 is fine for everyday driving. its not a race from light to light at every stop.
