Axle snap ring - replace or reuse
 

Its on the intermediate shaft on my car. Im replacing the axle but in the helms it says replace this ring as well.

Ive never had to replace them in the past as I have bought rebuilt axles

any idea if they can be reused fine?

i reused mine with no problems, jus give the axel a little tug and if it stays in then the ring is fine :thumbup:

i have also re-used them. But make sure it stays in when you pull on it like mentioned above.

i've also re-used, just if you needed more confirmation

ok thanks all, just to be on the safe side i ordered a new one from honda to make sure cause this one looks a little stretched

I have done both! I think after a few times they are no good...
