Axle info needed(urgent)

Are first gen b16 axles the same as b18(90-93 teg)axles? I recently had a L3 LSD tranny installed on my car and from what I understand I need b18 axles to work with the tranny along with a zc intermediate shaft which I have. Now, I went to purchase b18 axles and the guy behind the counter told me that 1st gen b16 axles are the same and will work for my application (90 CRX, L3 LSD tranny). I put them in and noticed that the steering is stiff and when I take a corner while accelerating the driver side wheel stutters rather violently like the shaft wants to pop out. Does anybody know for sure if these two axles ARE the same or not?

Thanks for your time.....

The intermediate shaft is fine, So 90-93 teg shafts are the same as 1st gen b16 shafts??

You can use the 90 integra but you also need the 90 integra intermediate shaft.

Since you are using a ZC? intermediate you may need something different. I believe you can use the same shafts but you have to use 88 integra inner joint.

The easy fix is to buy a new intermedaite shaft and keep your driveshafts. Also when you installed the shafts did you remove the dust seal?

I did remove the dust seal and the intermadiate shaft I'm using is a legit "zc" shaft which fits perfect on my d16z6 motor so I don't plan on buying a new one as it was hard enough to find. What I need to know is are 90-93 teg shafts the same as 1st gen b16 shafts???

OK my fault I thought you swapped in a B16 and were using the ZC intermediate for some reason.
