I was wondering if anyone knows where I could go to get a '93 Civic DX Coupe (D15a?) convereted from auto to standard, a place that would do all the work and have parts, or where I could get all the parts and then a place that would do the work for me.. I just want a quote for now, but it is something I am seriously considering as from there, a new, higher powered engine or some engine mods might make a better difference. Thanks for the help in advance.

Personally I think it would make more sense just to wait and get a whole engine/tranny/ecu swap... wouldnt the time and money put into a conversion end up being the same as buying the whole deal.. well another SOHC set up anyway... Ive heard there is allot involved..

Cuz when you think about it, you are buying eveything but the engine...spend a few hundred more and get the whole swap, (engine/tranny/ecu package) that way you will get the extra displacement for more power and the transmission+ecu...

lucky for you, Im doing the same swap right now! pm me and Ill give you a rundown on ALL of the parts needed...

And if youre at all mechanically inclined, you can do this swap yourself...yes, I know it is alot of work, but a weekend of wrenching will get you the results!
