dont' know much about exhaust.

ws 2 is mild steel. sp2 is ss..

what is mild steel? which is better for salty winter..

can both of this gives me 4 years of life?

stock cat 2 or 2.25

but the exhaust above are 2.36.

If they are made for your car from either of those companies they will bolt upto your stock cat, the bolt holes are the inportant part for that. The piping size is ok, close - but won't effect anything, just a bigger pipe. The mild steel is a lighter steel that over time can and will rot out. The stainless steel is just that "stainless", bit heavier and more solid. I'd go ss.
