Apex'i WS II Question....

I know there's an Apex'i WS II for the 96-00 Hatch DX. I was wondering if this would fit on my 98 Hatch CX? Since the CX has the cat built into the header, there's no cat under the car. I'm wondering if this system would have a 14" or so gap between the header and the mid pipe, (where a cat would normally be) or if it would fit perfectly?

Does anyone have any info on this?

The hatch DX has the same engine and exhaust configuration as the CX.

Yes, but I heard the American version of the CX/DX has the cat under the car and not built into the header. If it is under the cat is under the car, this system will not bolt right up.

Does anyone know FOR SURE that the American CX/DX H/B is the same as the Canadian??

where are you getting it if you dont mind me asking?

I haven't really looked around for it yet....I'm just in the preliminary stage. Once I determine if it fits, I'll start to look around for it.

You may be confused with the 92-95 dx or cx...

ALL 96-00 dx and cx civics regardless of them being a hatch/coupe/or sedan a D16Y7 engine with the cat in front of the engine.

However, coupe/sedans share the same exhaust, but the hatch exhaust is slightly different...i beleive it's the axle back portion that is different.

Thanks GoldBadge!

Now I know it'll fit!
