Question Apexi ::::::V-SAFC specs and goodies!!!

Can anyone who's more familiar with Honda or Acura tell me what does a Apexi V-safc do on a honda 2000 SIR??? what will be improve if this is add-on to the car??

As far as i know for now, it allows you to adjust the V-tec to come on earlier and any others goodies with this stuff??? .......How much are those roughly???(for brand new, and for used).....

Thanks....

For starters there are VAFC's and SAFC.... the VAFC allows you to adjust the vtec crossover point and the SAFC only allows you to adjust fuel. As you can see, the difference is, that the VAFC has an additional vtec adjustment ability to the program.

adding this to your SiR will indeed allow you to adjust the vtec crossover point and adjust fuel as well, but to make the most of it, you'll be wanting to go to the dyno and hitting the numbers on there and seeing where your power is and whatnot, then you can make more adjustments on the vafc/safc while you're there to see if there are improvements or not.
