Anyone work on rear hub/spindle before?

Ive got a problem

On my trailing arm on my drum brakes, I took off the 24mm nut on the back holding the spindle (i guess) in, and when i put it back on the nut was cross threaded and ruined the threads.

Im trying to remove whats pictured on the far right

I took off all other pieces im just left with that now.

I tried hammering the rod in the back but it wont move..

theres 4 torz buts that go in from behind, but I dont know if i have to remove them or not?

I dont know if its a whole plate that comes off or just the spline in the middel.
