Anyone know of any performance brake shoes?

Hi guys, I've got an acura EL with with drums. Do any of you guys know of any performance brake shoes?? This car really needs a little more stopping power. Thanks

For what type of driving? Daily driver, Auto-X, etc?

The rear does very little braking anyway, something like only 25%. OEM shoes should be fine in most cases.

If you're that concerned about stopping power, upgrade your fronts with better pads and rotors or even a big-brake kit from Stop-Tech or FastBrakes.

Yeah thats a good point. I've got Hawk pads coming for the front, and may do cross drilled as well. I do some light auto-x in the summer. Maybe two sessions.

i really reccomend swapping to disks for anythign more then regular 100kmh driving.... those drums will over heat after teh second turn @ autox....
also match your front / rear pads unless you knwo what oyu are looking fro... this will keep braking balanced....

Don't waste ur money on rear disc conversion, put that money into your front brakes and u'll be better off
