I'm curious to see if anyone here is running with the Brullen quiet exhaust system!? I've got the normal one and i'm looking at getting something quieter...

Kev95lx, I don't know what anyone else will tell you, but the general opinion of Brullen isn't very high. Perhaps consider an Apexi World Sport exhaust - very quiet at anything but WOT.

well to tell u the truth... I've always thought Brullen was the loudest exhausts out there and aren't all that great
but I was proven wrong.... a friend of mine got a custon full catback brullen exhaust for his P5 and it was even quieter then his mazda speed muffler
and they're made as u order.... well I should say the day of installation

performance wise... it's not bad at all but I have no idea what to compare it with coz I haven't tried them b4
but as for looks I wouldn't choose any of those tips they have
coz they're just not my style

I have a 2.5" that I specified to be quiet. Even without the turbo it wasn't bad at all. With the turbo of course, it's dead quiet. The cannister choice is one of the main things that will change the sound. I have twin 3" resonated tips. Another person has twin 3.5" resonated tips on the same car, with 2.25" piping and his car is louder.

Agreed. I have the Apex-i WS on my EL. Barely louder than stock at anything but WOT, even then its still not overly loud. I've never really been a fan of the Brullen stuff, too loud for my tastes.
