Any experience with S-AFC?

I am going to be receiving an Apexi S-AFC (part of my junkyard turbo project). I was wandering if anyone has experiences with it. It seems to be a very popular item in the DSM community (usually these guys know their stuff), and they swear by it. Has anyone here dicked around with one of those S-AFC babies?

Thanks,

FL.

you can only tune it for WOT due to the fact, that the afc reads off the stock map sensor. and your stock map sensor never sees boost, therefore you'll be running rich daily driving.

BUt it will work:thumbup:

Yes it will work.

I say use a Hondata if your going to run turbo. Even if it is budget
It's the best way to keep the budget motor running good and minimize a blowup due to detonation and other stuff.

You can use some talon injectors for your setup as well. You can probably get them used for a good price.

Yeah... Will be using DSM 450s as injectors along with a 13G turbo...

As to the MAP sensor issue, i thought that the S-AFC reads the throttle position. Oh well, gotta do more research.
