any advantage?
is there any advantage of getting new plugs, wires, and ignition box?

sure, especially if your car needs them, smoother idle, better milage..ect ect.

2 step is crazy, back firing and stuff
|
what? why does it back fire?
|
new spark plugs and wires yes, unless you plan on using n20, an aftermarket ignition box isn't exactly necessary IMO. Its good if you squeeze b/c they have a spark cut rev limit, where as the stock rev limit is a fuel cut.
Crome has a 2 step, don't need a MSD box for that. If/when you get plugs/wires get NGK v-power copper core (BKR6E) and some OEM plug wires. I'd change the pcv valve, fuel filter, air filter, distributor cap and rotor and do a valve adjustment while you're at it, make it a full tune up. |
alright thanks for the info.
