thanx si, I think the stiffness of koni yellow and red are different. Do your friend's car look or feel bouncy when he go over bumps?? needs more info....

The H&R Sport will drop the car 1.75/1.5" front/rear. You can fine-tune +/- 0.5" or so with the Yellows. I have the Yellows, and I really like them.

nope, bouncing is minimal.. comparable to stock. the ride is nice and stiff and takes bumps very well. when seeing it on the road (when I'm trying to catch up to him.. hehe) it looks SOLID. h&r's are good springs for no-bouncieness.. I have eibach sportlines on my civic and I'd trade for h&r any day.

I know koni reds are internally adjustable (you have to unmount them), I'm not sure how close they compare to the yellows tho. but trust me, koni yellow/h&r sport is a wicccked setup

No forget that why don't you go for koni yellows and a coilover kit at least that way you can adjust it both ways highet and you can adjust the strut on how stiff or soft you want from the top of the strut.

trust me you are going to love it, pluse it's better for you beause you got adjustments to play around with, Just like Grandtourismo

here are some suggestions
OBXR coiloverkit
Drop Zone coiloverkit
skunk2 coiloverkit

those are the best ones out there right now well that's what i think......[QUOTE]I have a shop

IMO, OBX and Drop Zone coilovers are trash. If you're going with coilover sleeves, I wouldn't get anything other thank Skunk2 or Ground Control. You get what you pay for. Expect to pay about $520 for Skunk2's and about $600 for Ground Control's.

If you have money for a full coilover setup, the Tein HA's and SS's are very good. If you have more money, the JIC FLT-A2's are excellent.
