31100-PEJ-004 ALTERNATOR ASSY. (AHGA35) (MITSUBISHI) <-- 99-00

31100-P2E-A02 ALTERNATOR ASSY. (AHGA24) (MITSUBISHI) <-- 96-98

It looks like the 96-98 are the same, and the 99-00 are the other ones... and it also looks like the B-series 99-00 used a DENSO rather than Mitsubishi.

they should work, just need to do some wiring if your switching OBD

I put a OBD1 rewound alt on my buddies OBD2B engine and it worked fine, we just had to make a makeshift harness because the plugs don't plug in, there a diff shape

yup it worked fine for those who need this in the future....and you have to take off the alternator bracket that bolts to the block. Thanks everyone
