Allignment vs Camber

I've done my research with regards to Camber on my car. It's dropped with H&R sports (1.75" front, slightly less in the rear).

My question is this:

Can getting an allignement actually decrease some of the camber? I've heard sometime it is possible to get the camber "pulled out"...

The reason for me asking is that I am going to perform the ol' washer trick on my rears before I go get an allignment and I don't want the camber to change (which would result in me taking washers out and then having to get another allignment).

Thanks for any advice.

when you adjust the toe the camber changes it's just how the suspension is designed...

however with that said

toe is the only thing thats adjustable on our cars... that is without getting a camber kit or something like that

So if i put washers in and take out the rear camber I should be fine when I get an alignment. And the fronts may come out a bit too?

Thanks

it could come out or it could get worse :shrugs: i dont understand the geometry but on my car after the alignment one side got more negative camber and the other had less... weird

Was it the front or rear that got better/worse?

I think I am going to teast my luck and just do the washer trick and see what happens after the allignement.

Anybody know the bolt diameter? I know it's an M10 x 1.25 thread and 40mm long bolts, but what about the diameter? I think it's 10mm...

kits for the rear are pretty much washers anyways...the front isnt though.
