alignment with coilovers

Hey,

Well back in September I got coilovers install with new struts and I went for an alignment and the guy said he needed the "specs" on how much it was lowered. Since I didn't use lowering springs how do I go about getting an alignment? Should I go to a different place that is a little more versed in dealing with lowered cars?

Thanks
Jeff

He doesn't need specs, just tell him to set the toes to zero, and you are good to go.

yeah you don't need specs.. the machine will read how much camber or toe there is and you adjust it accordingly..

Well since hieght also changes camber I'd suggest setting the camber to something useable ... then adjusting each side to get the hieght the same (this will slightly affect the camber) and after that set toe.

perfered to do it with you sitting in the car.

That is how I aligned my car this spring and it worked great.
