Air/Fuel gauge

I have seen alot of people go out and buy these things... I myself went and bought a wideband 02 instead as it actaully does something.

Poll Question: Do you feel that regualar Air/Fuel gauges are a waste of money?

Not a waste of money IMO. Any FI car should have one as well as an egt guage to monitor engine conditions.

Regual AF gauges (narrowband) are crap. They look nice though at night. lol

Innovative and PLX make some nice Wideband setups.

I disagree. If you know how to read one of these gauges in a fairly stock car, they can really help you maximize your fuel economy by driving according to the meter. It shows you when the engine goes into open and closed loop and it also shows you that the O2 is actually reading something (esp on older OBD1 cars).

Besides that I guess it's pretty ghay.
