Aftermath of suspension install

Well I finally got everything finished and installed and there is a clunking or knocking noise coming from the right rear of the car. I am guessing that its the rear LCA knuckle bolt that I had to drill out so here is the dilemma im faced with. After calling 2 dealerships and finding out thats the only bushing on the rear LCA you cant replace my choices are get 1 new OEM rear LCA from honda ($66 minus tcc discount) or get a pair of aftermarket ones that look nice and replace both at the same time.

I am pretty sure it is the bolt clunking in the hole but is there any other possible reasons I would hear this noise?

dont jump to conclusions just yet...your spring might not be sitting properly or if you have bad luck like me maybe you forgot one of the bushings on the top hat can you tell if its coming from the bottom? or do you just hear a clunk?

im still confused as to which one you broke?

you should be able to buy all the bushings

i have them for all 3 holes on the LCA

as well as the ES master kit replaces them

Pretty much it sounds like its a bolt rattling around in a hole. If I come out tonight you can hear what it sounds like.

I called Whitby Honda and Parkway honda and both places said for the 6th gen rear LCA Knuckle you cant replace the bushing you have to get a whole new rear LCA.

Nope according to honda you have to get the whole rear LCA, i even asked mark and he said it was true aswell. The bolt is the one closest to the wheel/drum brake.

yeah your car sucks

just checked Majestic honda online .. there is no part number for it ... so looks like it will have to be a new LCA for you .... but those are cheap based on the price you gave....

no .... just get the stock ones for now .... it's easier on the pocket book ... unless your planing on sperical bearings instead of bushings then it ain't worth your time .. IMO
