Adjustment on Coilovers

I just purchased the Yonaka coilvers, they're similar to the Omnipower. Does anyone know how to adjust the height on them.

There are two sleeves (I think they are called sleeves). The top one I'm guessing holds the spring together. I don't think this is adjusted. Is the bottom used to adjust the height of the ride?

If you face the coilover with it straight up, like how it is installed on the car, you turn the bottom plate from right to left, that should loosen it.

So if you are right hander, turn the plate to your left.

Yeah i know, but there are two sets of sleeves to adjust. One sits under the spring and the other locks the above the strut.

The following pic should show what I'm talking about.

Is the bottom sleeve for height adjustment while the top locks the spring in place?
