Adjustable fuel pressure regulator settings??? please help

I've just installed a universal AFPR in the car that comes equipped with a gauge to see the fuel pressure level..

my question is, what do you guys set your fuel pressure at on D16Z6 Vtec motors

right now i think it's far too high as the car seems to bog out when the rpms are falling then the msd ignition's anti stall kicks in and keeps it going but before i go and drop the pressure i thought i would ask and see what people typically run around here.

by the way the afpr is a first force and they are really nice parts for the money and with the 1:1 rising rate and such are perfect for boosted applications that are running light management.

fuel pressure should be about 44psi (with the vacuum line off).

What is your fuel pressure set at?

oh god, you're poor fuel pump (if its stock).

Bring it down and see how she runs. I normally keep the cars i tune around 44psi (with the line off). But as you can see you have a range that honda specifies as acceptable.

cool.
ya, high fuel pressures are only really hard on a stock fuel pump.
