I was wondering if anyone has used or found a difference using additives...such as fuel injector cleaner...oil treatment...etc....

I read somewhere that all this is a waste of money...

any suggestions?

i swear by lucas oil stabilizer. Have you seen it? Its like molasses. Takes forever to pour into the engine. Other than that i don't really use any additives.

all are a waste of $$ if you want good oil get motul etc...and get GM synchromesh friction modified for your tranny best oil hands down, or pennzoil synchromesh cause it's the same **** for abit cheaper in some cases.

Personally I only use OEM Honda fluids, but GM syncromesh in the tranny. Once a year a run a can of fuel-system cleaner through a tank and I Seafoamed it for the first time this fall. My car runs very smooth, gets great mileage and barely registered when I got it E-tested.

lucas is the **** especially for oil burning cars like mine.... works like a charm.... almost no smoke, but check the oil level on a regular basis cuz it still burns it, it just doenst create blue smoke

I use nothing but regular OEM stuff....except sometimes I will run a little fuel injector cleaner through, usually whatever is on sale at canadian tire, I knowtice a little improvement in economy, but thats about it....

Nope. I've heard of people getting it here. Just to any GM dealership and see if they have it there.

i agree lucas is the **** but i dont use it to cover up blue smoke lol haha... but ye works great... every oil change with mobile 1 senthetic and lucas

Pretty much all Honda fluids really. I prefer to use honda transmission fluid. Castrol GTX 5w30 oil. Every oil change I just throw in a bottle of fuel injector cleaner and thats about it. As for any difference, I like to think so...lol doubt it makes a big difference but maybe it at least cleans a little.

I get it from my local NAPA/UAP dealer. It's in a white/red/black metal canister.

Bruno where do you put it??? in your vaacuum lines right??

you can do a few things you can put it threw the vacuum lines then down the spark plug hole's into the cylinders and in the oil.
