99 Integra GSR lowering spring comparison (Tein S-tech vs Nuespeed race)

ok i've searched this topic already came up with not the greatest answers.

Anyhow looking to lower my girls car on some nice lowering springs..... the two I have mainly been looking at is Tein S-tech and Neuspeed Race springs.

Wondering if anyone has any experience with either or on either their integra or Civic. And were you using stock shocks or aftermarket?

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Travis

My boy has the Nuspeed sports on his SiR with stock shocks. Nice ride, and good drop. Nothing bad to say about them at all...
