99-00 Sir Same as GSR

In terms of rotor and caliper size?

Thanks for answering in the other thread BB but nobody has answered this question yet

I believe they are.

I can tell you this much... the SiR rotor is 262 mm or 10.4 inches. The caliper piston size I can tell you when I remove the calipers this weekend. (I think the replacements are coming in on Friday :naughty: ). I'll search for the GSR specs.... gimme a moment.

Front Discs
Ventilated, 10.3 in (262 mm) diameter, 0.83 in (21 mm) rotor thickness

Rear Discs
9.4 in (239 mm) diameter,
0.35 in (9 mm) rotor thickness

Total Swept Area
Front: 51.0 sq in (328.9 cm)
Rear: 31.1 sq in (200.6 cm)

BOOYAKA!! there it is, so yes it's the same ****.

Which, IF TRUE, means you can keep your 14 inch steelies :) Cuz I know I once put 14 inch steelies over my SIR brakes.

SiR and GSR brakes have the same part numbers at Honda.

which also means u can save money by buying SIR used brakes instead of GSR cuz people for sure would charge more for GSR
