keep in mind that stock shocks will blow for sure no matter what springs you get, the lower u go the faster they blow

what are you looking for? ride quality? handling?
how low do you want it to be exactly?

there a lot of choices so u gotta narrow it down quite a bit.. give as much info as possible pls.

I've had H&R sport springs on all of my Civics and I plan on getting them for my 06. They are the best IMO.

My stock shocks lasted well over n 20,000 k's and when I replaced them with Koni Reds and they were still good.

If I were to do it again now that my 98 is gone, I'd get the H&Rs with a set of Koni shocks (yellows).

What do you want?
Looks? Ride? Performance?

I second the H&R. I rock H&R race coilovers and love them. Been on my car for 5 years, 10,000 kms now.

i have eibach prokit springs. slight drop and surprisingly comfortable. i love em, but i am only after ride quality withly a slightly dropped look. The springs you get should ultimately be based on what you want and expect from them like hdave said above.

I am looking for handling and performance. I want it approximately 2'' lowered. Very stiff ride.

Eibach sportline is almost 2-inch and has rates of 310F/275R, (stock is 165F/80R) .
H&R race is 2 inch front, 2.3 inch rear, not sure of the spring rates but I'm sure they are stiff.

sportlines on koni yellow should be bood. if you dont care at all about ride quality and just want good handling at a 2 inch drop, you can always get groudn controls or skunk2 coilovers.

bumppp!!!
I was thinking about the ground controls or the H&R's, out of these 2 which one do you guys prefer? For good handling, and ride quality. The good thing about the ground controls is their adjustable. What do you guys think?

It also depends on what exactly you looking for. Are you into Track or just street setup.

good setups:
* Koni with H&R Sports or Ground Control.
* Tein SS Coilovers.
* Omni Power Coilovers.

Those are pretty much the best setups unless you have cash for the expensive stuff like:

* HKS HIPER MAXII Coilovers
* Apexi N1 Coilovers
* Tein Super Racing Coilovers

they USED to be manufactured by the same company.... that is no longer true, and I'd take H&R over Neuspeed
