97 civic spoon headers

hey i just got a spoon header for my 97 civic hatchback because my exhaust manifold was cracked now i got with a highflow cat converter and i notice that the headers replace the downpipe and go all the way to the midpipe so theres no where to put the cat converter im wondering if anyone has an advice.. im gonna be putting the car on the road soon and will need to go through emissions so i need some advice anybody...

unless you have a swap...'spoon sports' never made a header for a d-series civic....

Chop your B-pipe to shorten it, and place the cat there.

thanks Nova_Dust thats wat ill do then ....but another thing i noticed is that the place where the cat connects to the midpipe has the three holes and the mid pipe piece has twoo what would i use to make these two connect properly together?..

Get a 3 hole flange for your B-pipe while you are shortening it, it is not hard for the exhaust shop.

For Y7, the cat is stuck inbetween exhaust manifold and collector pipe which has 2 holes, that's why.
