'95 Civic Si - Oil changes, etc.

Hi TCC users. A few questions for the experienced EG drivers on this forum:

1. How often should/do you get an oil change?

2. What kind of oil do you recommend for your engine?

I'm trying to maintain my car the best I can and would like to know what you guys do. Sorry if it's a n00b question.

Thanks!
