94 Octane + Turbo = X psi of boost?
What is the maximum safe boost that i could run with 94 octane gas on a very well tuned engine?
and also anyone know where i can buy 55 gallon drums of race gas? i have a crazy idea that just might work! i will share later when i have more info.
speaking to my crazy idea, if i were to shut off the fuel pump how long do you think it would take before the line were to be empty and the car shut off?

What engine?
Stock DSM's, WRX's etc. run 14+ psi on pump gas so on a B-series "well tuned" you could conceivably do that and a bit more on 94 with a bulletproof bottom-end
"well tuned" is being very general though.

compression ratio would help, this is needed to tell you the info your looking for...
as a general rule bump up the boost till it detenates then replace the head and you know the limits ok don't actually try that....
waiting for the info

I know what you're saying. If i had the cash i would've went for the t-top conversion. but a block gaurd still is better than nothing. it just has to be done right... welded 2mm down, not flush with the top of the cylinders. 20,000 km's since the rebuild and my engine is ripping better than ever. (big props to Steve at Leitner Performance )
you're gonna have a lot of fun... the AEM unit will help but dyno time is going to cost you large. start off low at say 5psi and work your way up. use a laptop and save multiple programs for different boost levels. i try not to speculate too much, there's too many variables when it comes to turbo.
