Double butteryfly vtec?
Do you mean butterfly intake manifold? Yes it has one.
I believe that the jdm version has 10.6:1 CR vs the usdm's 10:1.

so will this double butterfly intake manifold work if i am using a stock p28 ecu? or do i have to chip the p28 in order to activate it?

and will the stock p72 have the double butterfly active without chipping, or i need to chip p72 as well?

thanks for help guys

The IAB will not work with a stock p28 (and you only can rev till 7k)
The p72 will work the IAB w/o chipping it.

My brothers GSR felt a lil weaker in the low revs with a chipped p28 not meant to control the IAB.
