90si , with 92 lx head , few ??

my car is a 90 civic si, 1.6L, and i got a head off of a 92 Lx, is the head a straight drop in , or do i have to swap the cam shafts over, because the timing will be off ? also what is the clearance #'s for the intake and exhaust valves
