mine is 32mm... you'll need an impact for sure. I got the nut off, now I can't get the god damn axle to come out of the splines. I tried hammering gently with a wooden block - no go. Now I gotta make me a puller for the beeyatch.

The damn thing started turning with the nut... I got the cotter pin out, and I put the wrench to it... the whole thing spins BUT!!! I have everything else dropped... I mean complete front susp; lower A-arms, tie rod, upper a-arm... etc. I'm switching to bigger and better so it's just being held back by the splines That's the only thing still attached.

So the strut isnt attched anymro e, like you cna move the steering knuckle brake assembly ( im lost for words right now, lol) ANd pull it away form the axles as your hitting it?? IVe never seen one get stuck that bad to where it would nt come out.

Yah i hate when the ball joint turns....

No, nothing else is attached...I can take the steering knuckle and toss it around but I'm afraid of popping the clip inside the axle so it's all supported on a jack right now till I can pull it off. The car isn't even old, it's a 98 with 100K kms on it. I don't know how it's so jammed.

Just put the nut oin the end or else you will mushroom the axle and NEVER get it out
