88-91Si Civic Drivers, Question

At 4000 RPM in 5th what speed are you going? My speedo is non functional and I'd like a ballpark on how fast I'm goin

I'm guess 4k is about 125-130kmh

yeah that sounds right, my zc has an si tranny and thats about right i know 3500 is about 120

5grand in 5th gear, i'm going about 110...****ing ys-1 trannys...hahah

^^exactly why I'd have a LS 5th installed...thats freakin rediculous! lol its good for booting around but I drive tons of KM on the highway and that just wouldnt work! lol

can somebody in 88-91 Si go out for a run at 4grand in 5th and tell what exactly speed they are doin? I know its in that ballpark but somethin more accurate would be nice

and yea yea I should fix the speedo...blah blah...

i went out for a spin for you cynikal since you've helped me with alot of questions.. i has the si engine, with new exhaust and an intake.. at 4000 RMP i was cruisin at about 129-131 km/h
