80,000k maintinance... please help

Just a quick question regarding timing belt... What is the recommended length of usage time before changing it? What else needs to be changed after 80,000k? Spark plugs? Please help, thanks...

timing belt and water pump for sure, but not at 80K... 100K in severe service, 160K in normal service.
