5th and 6th Gen compatibility questions
 

ok, will parts from my 5th Hatch (dx) work with a 6th Gen coupe(dx)?
I belive there both D seriers motors...what will work? what wont?

All around ...suspension wat is compantible from my 5th gen hatch to a 6th coupe?

suspension is interchangeable
shocks, springs etc

motors will swap

you will have to do obd wiring though

I put 6th gen seats in my 5th gen coupe, they sit higher, 3 bolts match up for the rails lol.

Matt already mentioned the suspension and motor.

not so much wondering if the motors will swap ok...but which parts from the 5th gen motor will work with the 6th gen?

I believe all D series SOHC motors are interchangeable no?

i realy dont know. one engine is a 1.5L and the other is a 1.6L. Can u change parts???

for the most part the engines are interchangable
